This machine is neat but it’s definitely it worth the money I bought one for me and for my mother and in December 2021 the company announced that they will no longer be selling the machines so basically it was a waste of money and the pods definitely aren’t strong enough

I have not used the protection plan but it makes me feel secure to have it.

Best options for protect new products always buying this product

Great technology, bummer that the machine stops working in a year with minimal use. Begin to cut on and off while using after a few months of use. Fast forward a year and completely not working. I saw the horror stories before about this product and its my reality. I expected this and purchased the two year warranty. Hoping to get a new one asap and replace in a year :(
