Have not had to use my protection yet but I’m very sure they will do a great job if I ever need them. Everyone I’ve ever came into contact with through BEST BUY HAS BEEN VERY VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

There’s no point in having protection on something that I don’t own.

These plans rarely are worth it. Furthermore, the terms and conditions are unnecessarily convoluted.

About three weeks after I bought this the handle completely broke off. And now this model has just recently been recalled.

Short lived slicer ! I just used it once for Christmas, didn't I didn't work until I used it again last week

Save you money. They are the worst. I had a trashcan, they wanted me to bring it in to get a geek squad look at it.

Complete waste of money. Juicer broke the second time using. Won’t juice anything I put in it.

BAD service cane damage item. And took to exchange but customer service say I need to renew again. If I don’t use yet why I need to renew?

I do not like this kind of air fryer. It's basically a upgraded toaster.

They didn’t offer to fix it, they told us to get a new one and pay the $100 difference.

The geek squad on my LG tv I’m tings it’s good right now

THE TOTAL TECH SUPPORT ISN'T UP TO PAR. EVERYTHING TOOK HOURS EVERY TIME I WENT TO PICK UP AND/OR DROP OFF.

They cancelled when I never got my replacement. Never got one that was suppose to replace one that was damaged.

Returned product due to crappy customer service. Therefore this was returned as well.

Not really a fan of buying into these insurance plans because it never works for me
