    This is an amazing service, if u buy expensive electronics but can be a bit of a clutz and damage something by accident, I recommend getting this service, it's amazing, I wish more retailers had this type of service. A1!

    I have not yet had any issues with my product to date. However I have had Geek Squad protection on other items I have purchased from Bestbuy. I have found them to be professional, courteous, & thorough in their jobs. Even when the consumer is clueless.

    I haven't needed to use the protection plan for my Breville juicer, so I dont know what to say. Have use my other plan for washer (Samsung), so that is saying something as I use my juicer daily and washer once a week.

    Geek Squad service is worth what you pay for

    Geek Squad service is worth every penny you spend for it. Something needs to be fixed or adjusted they fix it. It needs to be replaced, the replacement. Over the years I have saved a great deal of money because of this. Can't go wrong

    I always buy the protection plans. Best Buy makes it easy by either swapping the device out in store or sending it to their service center. On large items (appliances and TVs) they will often come to your home and either fix or replace the item.

    Purchased a small appliance that I might not know enough about or use frequently enough to recognize a problem should one have occurred during the regular return period. Now for a fair cost I have 2 years to fully check out this appliance.

    Service it top notch and any issue as long as you are covered they cover. It has saved me from loosing my money on a TV 4K and I am so happy about that

    Geek squad is the best when it come down to have warranty if anything happened to your merchandise so make sure you get that warranty with geek squad they will help protect and fix your merchandise

    Glad I purchased the warranty. I dropped the lid and cracked. Returned items with no issues and was replaced within a couple of days. Strongly encourage others to purchase

    Straightforward and friendly, and usually easier to get into than other shops. Sometimes other places can do more custom upgrades when they do repairs, but here you always know what you get and with a guarantee. What else is there to say.

    I bought this service from 3 failed purchase i had. I learned and if you ever get a blender or anything electric that you are not sure with the brand, use this. However if it’s pretty respectable product, save your money

    Refunded by Kelsey at BestBuy (Asheville) when I was simply EXCHANGING the air fryer that I bought it for. I DID NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN! Best Buy goofed up and refunded our GeekSquad protection. I did not want that because we were just doing an exchange. We called the store, on the way back home, upon seeing the error but alI you get is a national agent. The promised call from the store "in a couple of minutes" never happened and we even delayed the drive home by stopping a couple of places. That was on July 7 and here it is 2 weeks later and no call, even after answering 3 surveys and calling on the phone, as well. I really wanted the Geek Squad Protection because as of tomorrow I will be returning this 2nd Chefman to get a 3rd one, so it looks like I might really need the protection in the future.
