Not worth the money shouldn’t have to add 50 characters in order to get out of this thing

I haven’t had to use the accidental replacement. So I can’t rate it.

Took my laptop 4 times already and they seem yo repair it but then it needs repairs again! Recommended only if you do not have another repair option!

Terrible. No answer from phone calls and no way to schedule television service through the app or website. My TV broke before my coverage was up and never managed to get help even once. and now it’s expired so that’s fun.

I didn't request or call for the service. I wasn't even called.

Something that never did use, would not purchase it again, Waste of money

This remote is pretty good, however it's kind of over kill when the remote already , automatically controls the fire stick remote and having the actual fire stick remote attached on the flip side, a bit annoying honestly because when your using the fire stick remote if your palm hits the wrong button while holding it that affects the fire stick .

I have 4+ of these remotes in my house. They are versatile, fairly easy to program via computer, BUT have 1 major issue. These remotes do not last and fail in the same manner EVERYTIME. The units in my house are various ages and all but the unit I purchased 2 years ago are failing in the same manner, the buttons stop working. After the unit is out of the warranty period, buttons start to fail and once the power or device buttons fail, the remote is a paper weight. If you get 5 years out of this unit consider yourself lucky. Also there is no battery monitoring function in the remote to warn when it's time to replace the battery, you only know when the unit starts to reboot while you are using it, which is quite annoying.

Home theater set up was fast and accurate by the Geek Squad.

This thing is junk. I have a Samsung 65” tv. All I can do with it is turn volume up or down and that’s it. I have done everything possible and followed all directions. Don’t waste your money.

Total trash. constantly rebooting and loses configurations. boo.
