its a protection plan so its good to get most of the time..

Item did not function one day . Now the Best buy where I purchased the unit is giving me grief about returning the speaker. I thought that was why I purchased the extended warranty so this would not happen?

Haven't needed to use prices for warranties are a little expensive

The Geek Protection Plan is good insurance that the product will last for 3 years.

I had to cancel my 2-year Geek Squad membership over the cost.

Geek squad's protection program is from my experience and experience of people I know who have used it is probably the best protection program you can get. You hope you don't have to use it but when you do, it actually works. Exactly what you want out of something like this.

Fast and professional service. My warranty was expired but the repairs were a manageable expense. But the extended warranty! You never no what can happen.

Even though Best Buy discriminates against Christians and white people, buying quality products at drastically reduced prices keeps me buying them. I don't tell anyone I know about this for fear Best Buy might help the FBI spy on it's customers again. I'd like to because HK has made excellent speakers for as long as I can remember. This thing fills the room with full-range sound and deep bass. I want to buy a second so I can pair them. Cheers!

While an amazing speaker and sounds deep and clear after just a few days of use at 80-90% volume level it seems my left sub woofer on the side is making a clicking/crackling noise. Mostly on :What about us," by PINK. The fact it is marketed as a really great bass speaker this shouldn't have occurred. Apparently now I need to replace it. I enjoy this thing as it is like I said a really good deep and clear sound that comes out of it but the build quality left me with a bad impression. Sad I never had a issue before with a audio product from Sony.

This was a great purchase. We are isolated at times at work and the silence can drive you wobbly. We aren't allowed to wear headphones or earbuds for safety reasons. This little speaker works wonders. It pairs easily and last all day.

For 2 years amd the price definitely enjoyed it and recommend it

I have purchased 4 different Bluetooth transmitters of varying price over the past year and returned them all until I purchased this one. It works perfectly on my low budget TV and connects easily to my Soundcor Q20i headphones. Yay!!
