I took my radio in but the geek squad said all I needed was a new cord.Even though my plan covers parts and labor I still had to purchase a cord?!Then it still did not work. I’ve tried calling geek squad only to get transferred a million times then get hung up.help

Have used the geek squad protection before and they fulfilled the required service/replacement

I'm happy to know I am covered if anything goes wrong. This way I'm able to use my speaker on my adventures without the concern of ruin it. Only downside is you have to call during business hours
