If its not covered by the manufacturers warranty then this one will cover it (and they do, without a hassle even). That part is excellent. What wasn't explained to me was that it only kicks in once so if you need to use it in a week then its done and gone BUT you can buy it again.

Just imagine somebody else put thus inside of the ears and return it. They ship the same product to you. It is disgusting, isn’t it? I was asking for exchange, they wouldn’t do it. I will return this.

I Lost the one that did work so now I’m stuck with an earbud that went bad after a few weeks from purchased date.
