Trust me, you never know with electronics when they will go bad and Bestbuy are there to cover you.

Phone calls are clear and any shuffling is not heard by the person on other side ! Great pair you better wear !

They honor their warranty and even have honored on something that went out a few weeks past its expired warranty date! Sound is excellent, great fit, and improvement in size is a plus. Only complaint is the connective issue will Bose app and earbuds

When a pair of Bose audio frames died just a week before the coverage was set to expire, Best Buy easily and painlessly replaced the frames with a gift card for my purchase amount.
