had these less then 6 months and the right ear one will not charge and before that it stopped connecting.

Purchased in Nov ‘21. August ‘22, they don’t connect and charging issues.

Sound is not clear....one stopped working so I went and bought a LG headset and it works great.

I never returned the warranty. Recieved email that it was returned. Very disturbing

They dont stay in you ear. 3 year pan doesn't cover loss. The are advertised for active use.

When I buy anything from Best Buy, I make sure to purchase the Geek Squad protection! It's the best coverage for your devices I've ever seen a store offer. I won't shop anywhere else when it comes to electronics because of this protection plan and how Best Buy is everywhere. You can walk in with your product and have your problem solved right then and there, unlike the competition that wants you to send your item off and wait weeks for them to say yes or no, we're going to fix it.

I'm a runner and so many wireless earbuds claim to be sweat proof/water proof. Unfortunately most don't last more than a few months let alone a year. I will ALWAYS purchase the Geek squad protection because it ensures I get a brand new replacement when they stop working, which is every time. So I return the faulty earbuds, and replace them for free, and then repurchase the warranty. It's great
