The sound quality is good but that is it. These headphones have such an issue with connection that im ready to just toss them and get a different brand. I have never had this big of an issue with connection from any other brand.

I ordered a set of bose ear plugs. And they were supposed to be delivered on wensday august 7 2024 and they were delayed. I would change the delivery company from fedex to some other carrier. I have always had major issues with fedex.

To be honest, I don’t like these headphones . I bough them to go out of town. However , it doesn’t fit well in my ears. Not sure if it’s the structure or if it’s too big , but when I am listening to music and walking , it keeps falling out my ears . I would not recommend to purchase it. It just doesn’t fit well in my ears .

I love Bose products however, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra ear buds have to be the worst product Bose has ever come out with. They never stay connected, ever time you turn around you have to reconnect them. Very disappointed with these ear buds.

Best Buy didn’t require a signature for my item left it and a random place not my home and refused to give me my money back or a replacement item theifs . If I could rate a 0 I would .almost 500 down the drain don’t order expensive things from them .

These earbuds kind of suck. All they do is fallout of my ear no matter what size I use, no wireless charging either. Would not recommend even on sale.

The sound quality is (was) great, but after only 17 months of moderate use (1-2 hrs/week), the left battery dies after less than 1 hour of use, while right is still at 70% They are now out of warranty, and it remains to be seen whether they can be repaired (or if it's worth it). They were great while they lasted, but they didn't last long.

Sony makes great headphones but... they just had to add google and Alexa. because of that you cannot turn the headphones off! why you may ask? because they are constantly listening you too! that is the most annoying part of this whole line up of headphones. its becoming harder and harder to find headphones without that. It sad and am a shame for Sony. I miss the good old sony 950. even with their plastic design. Those headphones are 6 stars!!!! even with its flaws.

Bought these for almost $400 and 2 months later the matte coating started peeling off. Best Buy won’t take a return and Sony will not honor warranty for cosmetic defects. This was my WORST expensive purchase. I’m so sad and disappointed… I wish I never bought them.

Doesn't come anywhere near the claimed battery life. I've had mine less than a week (purchased at Best Buy Murrieta). One time it ran out of batteries too soon than what I expected so I ran a test. Yesterday I depleted it in 3 hours. Today I depleted it in 2.5 hours. Aftershokz was quick with a return ticket and an RMA. But now I'm out headphones until they sort me out.

I bought a pair of these and loved them so much I bought my wife a pair. They worked great for drowning out air cabin noise and sounded great for music. Unfortunately both pairs died shortly after the one year warranty expired.

I had high hopes after reading the reviews, purchased and got home to find it’s not compatible with iPhone 14. Back to the store this goes.

the sound is fine when they are on but they turn off constantly. when they turn off after an hour or two, i have to put them in the case and take back out to turn on. would not recommend if you need them on longer than 2 hours

Hated them for the first week or so and now they are already cutting in and out on the left ear. Hopefully i can return them bcuz they are horrible

One of the galaxy buds stopped working after a month

For the amount of money these esrbuds cost I should be able to use both earbuds independently to talk. The right side is the only one you can use to talk.

Horribly uncomfortable. Garbage sound quality. Sounds similar to the cheapest free wired earbuds.

If you wear glasses than these are not for you. They hurt your ear even with the blue earbud. There tight and would not recommend. Wish I didn’t spent so much on them.

left ear will not stay connected. this seems to be a consistent problem with these buds. I read MANY complaints just like mine, and it is a consistent theme among many bud buyers.

It worked fine for a month or so. Then the sound goes off in middle of meetings. Have to unplug from USB and plug it back in. Same problem using other USB ports or different PC.
