    [Employee of bestbuy] Protection on head phones is great! They ger swapped out right in store for you if they have it in stock. Highly reccomend for heavy headphone users!

    After one year my gaming headphones cloth got ripped off and the batteries were not lasting as they had so just made a claim at Best Buy and they were replaced for new ones. No questions asked

    My previous ear buds only lasted a year and a half before one of them stopped working.. I did return my new set because I am waiting for Black Friday Sale.. I will purchase the 2 year policy again..

    Accidental Geek Squad protection is an absolute necessary. I have been trying out these headphones, and they just aren't comfortable. With this, I will be able to trade them out and get a new pair with just paying the difference.
