I purchased the accidental protection plan for my Buds Pro because I wanted to make sure that if by any chance they stop working with the heat or sweat of working out, they'll be protected. Although they are water-resistant, they are not waterproof.

Best protection plan! No hassle or crazy loops to jump through when using the plan as Best Buy will do everything to fix or correct the item the first time whenever I've had to use it.

I have smaller ears, so finding a good fit is hard. These are perfect. And they sound awesome! I wear them for hours at a time, can even lay on my side and they’re comfortable in my ear.

Great to have just in case! I recently had some headphones stop working, and they simply were able to take them, refund me, and was able to shop around and find another pair, all in the same visit.

I like this ear bud but it only last me 1week because it fell inside snow and I couldn't find it.. I had insurance with it and I went back to the store to claim, I was told the insurance did not cover lost, it only cover damage and I am left with left side so I just drop it at home and I was mad that it was only used for few days out of 7 days. I will only give 4points.
