Ear buds are playing at different volumes now and wont turn down to the proper volume.

I hardly need the protection but it’s a good thing to consider purchasing.

They go bad afterba while. The left earbud like my previous earbud lowers and sounds statically. Inclean them and nothing. This happend with my first earbuds. Only changing them cause of the warranty but i will no be purchasing earbuds anytime soon.

I guess Apple care or warranty will cover if something goes wrong

The product that i recently purchased is cool. Skullcandy and bose quite comfort 2 very good. However, yall can do better with the service. I stood in the earbud section for 20 minutes and not one sale associated inquired any services. In fact, i had to go get someone myself.

Work pretty well, but not the most comfortable for my ears since my ear canals are so small in comparison to the average person or something.

The loudness was not that great but they stay charged for awhile.

Good protection, just expensive. Walmart gives just as good protection for a whole cheaper for the same years of coverage.

Works great with computer and games Dukka out the sound around you pretty well but not completely.

great because accidents always happen just remember to tell them you have a plan you go in to get them replaced or fixed.

Wasnt not made aware that i needed to repurchase the plan when i went in the fort myers store cashier told me something completely different.

I felt it was worth the purchase for my Sony headphones because all damages to my headphones will be covered by the geek squad.

Sound good but didn’t work for what I needed it for.

There were multiple problems with both of these headsets. The headphones continually disconnected got rid of them. Junk earbuds were not impressive at all many times one would just work even fully charged.

This Protection Plan is always a money saver. Especially a product if it fails to run after a couple of months.

Great sound great pairing but the charger quit working after a year buy the extended warranty it’s worth it
