    Ok product for the time I bought it in 2024 10/10 would not recommend. Way over priced

    Headphones were good at first.As the month's when along when using booth tooth it would disconnect too many times while watching Television.This is a problem with these headphone's looks like the maker do not test this as much or notice this issue with them.

    Thought these would be good for the noise cancelling, especially for the cost of them. They aren't good in my opinion. I was disappointed in them.

    ok so the old geek squad extended warranties were so much better, you went to the store they found the receipt of the warranty and you got a store credit to purchase the same item or better. well, now they send it out to be checked out, no one tells you what's going on with the item you called and the call center is somewhere in another country this poor person have no clue so they tell you to go see the manager at the store, Because they have no managers there, etc a joke after spending 55 minutes in hold been transfer twice to no answer. calling another time to be told to call later, ridiculous

    I went to the store to look some home networking stuff, I had brought up that my earbuds I had purchased were not sitting right but I had bought the geek squad protection plan and would just exchange them. She informed me that I didn’t get the new yearly total geek squad for 200 the normal geek squad no longer covers all 2 years if something goes wrong once the geek is nil and void. I was not told this at purchase nor never had this happen before. Sucks I paid right at 100 dollars to find this out. Bad customer service!!!!!!

    They barely stay in my ear. They fall out a lot. Recently I noticed that the sound skips often and randomly my right one developed an echo. Not a fan. Like the idea though.

    Everytime the item is returned i have to buy a new plan which is stupid within itself

    The JLabs earbuds are not comfortable at all for me. When you bend down they fall out your ear. That is not good when you are on the go. I am returning them and finding a better fit earbud.

    Quality isn’t that great. They can come loose which causes them to move around. So they are similar to the air pods. However my AirPods lasted years this lasted months.

    Awesome sound quality and is simple to pair to my iPhone it has great sound quality and even the calls are crystal clear on both ends however the charging case doesn’t fully charge the AirPods it turns off at 80% not 100% so it’s junk and not worth 72.65 I don’t recommend this to anyone. It doesn’t fully charge the battery on both of the jbl Bluetooth headsets and the batteries built in them doesn’t last real long even when it’s in the charging case that it comes with.

    The sound quality was great, but that’s it. I bought these because I wanted a cheap alternative to the expensive ear buds out there and Skullcandy has always been a reliable brand. They stopped charging almost as soon as I bought them. I returned them, thinking it was just a defective set since they were so cheap. The 2nd pair worked a little longer, but also stopped charging. They’d be in their charger for the entire day and not even 10 mins later was telling me they were dying. Not worth it and I was very disappointed.

    Need better assistance. It's connection to Geeksquad is the problem. Years ago they were serious about they products and back them but now its always the owners fault and they don't want to honor the contract. Bad plans

    So i bought these headphones for 100. Got the 2 year protection plan. They broke. I brought them in to get a new pair. They are 150$ now. So they wanted to give me a instore credit for 150 then i would have to pay another 40$ for a protection plan. So if i use the 150 to get a new pair. I just wanted a new pair. That means i would pay another protection plan. So basically 40 for another pair. Something wrong here

    so this is my 3rd set of headphones in less than 6 months and i've had to pay for the geek squad protection twice now and now i have $200 for the protection for the headphones plus the price of the headphones. they should cover them for the $99.99 for the 2 year coverage
