These are awesome
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I often wore these when I lived in new york city. They were very helpful and cutting out loud noises. Especially when I was in the tunnels in the train stations. And in the streets of new york, where it was often traffic and so many people

It’s ok.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes the battery last long, but they are uncomfortable to wear longer then a hour. Audio is ok I keep having issues while in call tho (not sure if it’s meant to be that way); I had the noise cancellation and when a call came in it will switch to ambient mode. I don’t had a pleasant experience with them.

very impressed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these headphones because I wanted something that wasn't going to flush my ears and I didn't want earbuds that went inside my ears because they're very uncomfortable. These headphones are super comfortable and they sound really good I'm very impressed with them... very glad I bought them.

Can’t be it.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty darn impressive. Comes with an app to control volume, pause/play on the earbud. Sounds better than AirPods too. Purchased 2 more sets for wife and son.

Good quality bluetooth earphones.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is good, but I had to try different ways to try to get them on my ear as it could get a little weird adjusting and rotating to make sure the earphone goes into my ear correctly while making sure the curved part goes around outside of my ear properly and comfortably. I had no problem with wearing my glasses and a mask on top of it. I think once I get used to wearing these, the more comfortable they'll get. I like that they don't fall out of my ears.

Excellent!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are really good…especially for the price! Good sound, solid bass, last a long time, comfortable for sleeping (the main reason I purchased them) and charge quickly. Can’t go wrong with these.

Basic wireless headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Positives: * Lightweight plastic design with a gentle grip, often seen as a drawback in pricier models, but considered a benefit in this budget-friendly pair. * Impressive sound quality. * Extended battery life, retaining 70% charge after weeks of regular use. * Strong Bluetooth connection with my phone. * Sony app offers EQ options, though the headphones function well without it. * Attractive blue color adds to the appeal. Negatives: * Absence of a 3.5mm jack, which seems like a reasonable inclusion at a $60 price point, even if a cable is not provided. * Lack of a physical battery indicator; while a voice prompt at startup provides an estimate, it's easy to miss, requiring app usage for an accurate battery percentage.

Love These Bose, Knocked it outta the Park
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Headphones, Great Sound, Great ANC and also has USB C. I have a Large Head and these fit me very comfortably, the earcups are shaped on the inside around the natural shape of your ear. Worth the money.

Overrated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had these for more than 6 months and I think they’re the most overhyped tech product I’ve ever used. They have some good attributes, but overall, I wish I had gotten either nice Bose headphones or AirPods Max. Battery life: amazing. This is so good that I think I’ve charged my headphones twice in the 6 months I’ve owned them, even with listening most days. I like that they charge with usb-C. Portability: great. This was the main selling point for me, and a big reason why I didn’t get the XM5s or AirPods Max. For full-sized over the ear headphones, these fold up pretty small and come with a nice case. Build quality: good. They seem pretty durable, and feel good in the hand. They look nice, better than Bose and Beats. Sound quality: mid. After going through the tuning process, I thought the balance was noticeably improved for the music I listen to. However, it’s still a mixed bag. In a quiet room, I think some music sounds better than my AirPods Pro, but other songs sound worse (typically muddier). The AirPods are more consistently good in a quiet environment. The XM4s naturally block more sound and therefore will sound better than AirPods in a noisy environment. I enjoy listening to music much more on my Sonos Arc + Sub than my XM4s. Comfort: bad. I can only wear these for about an hour before the top of my head hurts and my ears get hot. I can’t wear them with sunglasses, which is a minor inconvenience, but would be a major inconvenience if you wear prescription glasses. Interface: terrible. This is the worst part of the XM4s. I want 3 settings: noise cancellation, transparency, and plain headphones. While you can adjust the relative levels in the app, it’s difficult to get this right. Transparency isn’t good enough for a phone call. Also, the voice that tells you what setting you changed to speaks super slowly. And they always default to noise cancellation, which I rarely want to use. They can pair with two devices at once, though I wish it were more devices and more seamless, like my AirPods. They don’t pair with a PS5, which is crazy because Sony makes both.

Excellent.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For 30 dollars these are outstanding. Nice warm sound. Good bass and highs that won't sting your ears. They also come with 3 different sized silicon ear pieces so you can fit your ear. They sit flush inside the ear so you can even lay on your side with these in no problem.

Save Money and Buy the XM4s Instead
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Completely disappointing. I owned a pair of XM4s which were great in almost every aspect (for wireless ANC cans). I got the XM5s today and after putting it through some tests this is what I have to say: Pros: -Comfortable -Lightweight -Better clamp pressure on the head -ANC (but the XM series have always led the product category imo) -Call quality Cons: -Sound - Horrible is the nicest way I can put it. The brightened the highs, and brought up the mids, and then completely neutered the low end. If you listen to anything with punchy bass, avoid at all costs and get yourself the XM4 on a better deal. Even after doing an EQ, these are unimaginably bad vs the XM4s. -Similar unintuitive touch controls I will be returning these tomorrow, and getting another pair of XM4s. For the value, even though the low end is slightly muddy, and the mids get a little lost, the soundstage isn't significantly better on the XM5s (not for the price). I wouldn't mind springing for the XM6s, but after listening to several reviews online, it doesn't sound like much has been done in the way of sound engineering (perhaps a little wider soundstage, and perhaps fixed a little on the low end, but still not worth it in my mind for the price).

Customer Chat is Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pixel buds pro work great! Only reason I'm doing a 3 star review is that Best buy chat didn't resolve my issue and even ended the chat when he couldn't provide an answer on how to get the correct color for the pixel buds pro I purchased. I purchased the porcelain color and received the bay color. I asked what I could do to get the correct color and he said to just go in person so they can assist me. I told him but they don't have the correct color and he ended the chat. Very unprofessional. I guess best buy wants me to suck it up and keep the color. Just purchase directly from Google to be honest. Not worth the hassle best buy chat provides.
