Protection Plan Outstanding & always get on purchases over $150 for the extra protection.

The only reason I buy headphones from Best buy. I use mine daily and never make it 2 full years. It's nice knowing I can upgrade when need be.

Headphones are not connecting via bluetooth. Tried hard rest but still doesnt work.

The sound is much better than I expected. I originally thought that the sound would be mediocre at best. I’m glad that I was wrong.

This is invaluable for headphones. I have found headphones to be the one product that doesnt last as long as the extended warranty However the same product is never still available and i end up spending a little more each time

Best Buy’s version of Apple care is great because when you come in with a malfunctioning product such as headphones they just replace them with brand new ones and send you on your way.

Best Buy has an excellent extended warranty program on almost all of their products. Almost anything that occurs is covered. This is especially useful on the earbuds I purchased since I use them a lot.

These are the best headphones I’ve ever had they work so great and it’s nice when you don’t have something falling out your ear every so often

Accidents happen so i always recommend to purchase a protection plan

I bought this last year for my jabras and seemed like their was a issue with volume going down I returned them to best buy and got a new pair. I repurchased the warranty because it was easy to get a replacement without going through jabra.

cant gv alot on this because the item that i purchased to purchase this protection is crap from the start but ive always used geek squad and its a great protection program and all oof the geeksters are great geeks !!!!!!!
