I bought my headphones from a competitor with a three year plan that was cheaper than the two year plan at Best Buy. When I tried to order a second pair from the competition, they were sold out. Luckily Best Buy had them, but I paid more total and got a shorter protection plan.

The book is only for the phone. Sometimes for Zoom calls I can't hear or be heard, I don't know what the issue is. Perhaps I'd know if there was a book.
