I've bought two of these. Both of them, after around 6 months of use, broke where it extends. It's a cheap plastic cover that protects the cables running on the side. Excellent quality, but poorly made. And it's not covered by warranty.

I got it on my Sony WF1000-XM5 to protect them from the wear and tear of the tips that tends to happen. Basically this protection plan covers wear and tear and accidents. Very easy to fulfill too. Just enter any Best Buy with the broken device, head to the check-out line or customer service, confirm the protection is still good, if it is the will help fulfill it. Either they will give you a store credit, gift card, or allow you to exchange it on the spot for a new one or something else, or they can even order another one if it isn't in stock if they are still available and have it shipped to your house. Super easy to use.

Love these headphones the bass is on another level. Best Buy had him them right away and got them with no problems. Highly recommend

I mainly was going to use it for the gym but I realized how sweaty i become and it feels odd. Not saying they slip off; they hold on to the ears and after a while of usage, they don't really hurt when i take them off. The sound on the other hand is fantastic! One of the best sounding headphones i’ve heard. I absolutely recommend when flying. I had so many crying babies that a flick of a switch, changes to Noise Cancellation. The best thing that was ever invented.
