    2YR PROTECTION PLAN IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

    I purchased my husband a pair of Samsung wireless earbuds that stopped working a month later. I bought the 2year protection plan as well. Its black friday and the same earbuds are $50 less than what i originally paid for them. Best Buy manager refused to give ne an in store credit for the difference and i had to purchase a bew $26. (2yr) protection plan.. what a scam. I will never buy anything from this horrible place again.. ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER!!! BEST BUY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES

    Very bad plan it was not accepted when I needed to use it. I had to go to apple and deal with them and it cost me more money because the extended warranty was not honored.

    It didn’t last for so long. After 4 months, it started to crack & eventually broke on one side. The sound was ok though. So glad to have added the protection plan. I bought an upgraded model.

    i paid $26.99 for 2 years protection plan means if the goin bad for 2 years no matter how many times they are bad the protection plan covers but today bi have to swap my item for a new one and the best buy manager wants me to paid $26.99 again for a new protection plan i think this is a problem that best buy need to fix it because when i buy the stuff they no explain like that and they only said we always send you email with the terms and conditions i will need same one to fix this matter and help to get my warranty apply to my new head phones or i will stop buy from you guys and tell all my fam and friends to not goin to your place no more

    Thought these would be good for the noise cancelling, especially for the cost of them. They aren't good in my opinion. I was disappointed in them.

    ok so the old geek squad extended warranties were so much better, you went to the store they found the receipt of the warranty and you got a store credit to purchase the same item or better. well, now they send it out to be checked out, no one tells you what's going on with the item you called and the call center is somewhere in another country this poor person have no clue so they tell you to go see the manager at the store, Because they have no managers there, etc a joke after spending 55 minutes in hold been transfer twice to no answer. calling another time to be told to call later, ridiculous

    Quality isn’t that great. They can come loose which causes them to move around. So they are similar to the air pods. However my AirPods lasted years this lasted months.

    Awesome sound quality and is simple to pair to my iPhone it has great sound quality and even the calls are crystal clear on both ends however the charging case doesn’t fully charge the AirPods it turns off at 80% not 100% so it’s junk and not worth 72.65 I don’t recommend this to anyone. It doesn’t fully charge the battery on both of the jbl Bluetooth headsets and the batteries built in them doesn’t last real long even when it’s in the charging case that it comes with.

    So i bought these headphones for 100. Got the 2 year protection plan. They broke. I brought them in to get a new pair. They are 150$ now. So they wanted to give me a instore credit for 150 then i would have to pay another 40$ for a protection plan. So if i use the 150 to get a new pair. I just wanted a new pair. That means i would pay another protection plan. So basically 40 for another pair. Something wrong here
