    Need better assistance. It's connection to Geeksquad is the problem. Years ago they were serious about they products and back them but now its always the owners fault and they don't want to honor the contract. Bad plans

    so this is my 3rd set of headphones in less than 6 months and i've had to pay for the geek squad protection twice now and now i have $200 for the protection for the headphones plus the price of the headphones. they should cover them for the $99.99 for the 2 year coverage

    A little disappointed that I wasn't told or reminded that I had the paid protection plan for my purchase.

    Do not know as of yet the quality of the warranty purchased as I havent used it however, if they are as bad as the equipment and the sales person that stated these earbuds were better than other brands at the store then the response would be its terrible, but again... havent had to use it yet.

    Does not offer lost. Only offers enhanced warranty coverage. Do not purchase this insurance just go through the warranty if you have a hardware issure

    I had purchased this insurance believing it covered the product for 1 or 2 years. It does not. I o ly allows your 1 replacement.

    You don't want this product. Until recently, the inbuilt microphone overrides play. Can't type and listen at the same time. It's infuriating and frustrating trying to hack the best way to override the mic.

    Purchased a protection plan with Open Run Shokz. Three different pair failed with same problem. Defective power button. Had to repurchase additional warranty each time I returned the defective units. Now on 4th pair. There will not ne another. Rediculous.

    Geek protection no more! You no longer get a prorated amount of your geek protection back when items fails-- Cost us $38 ro cover buds for just over a year-- glad i had it since the buds did a year long downward spiral... but its NOT the same program!!!

    Don’t purchase the 2 year insurance. SkullCandy has a 2 year warranty to begin with, so I basically paid for insurance for zero reason. And the guy at checkout, which we asked several questions before purchasing the insurance, must have just started his job because he knew squat.

    Were unable to connect to new TV. They seemed too fragile - will probably brake easily. The best buy sales person told me that they are not compatible, when I returned them. Wish I would have known before buying them. Waste of time...
