I've never encountered issues with Bestbuy Geek Squad protection. This is always worth it on big-ticket items. Unfortunately, quality control isn't what it used to be on electronics. a $40 insurance plan that may save to hundreds of dollars down the line isn't a bad trade-off

I always purchase the 2 year warranty when I make a purchase through Best buy. I'll say this, Samsung products are so good that I haven't had to contact Best buy once! However, I did have an issue connecting them to Bluetooth and the Geek squad was amazing when they helped me, nothing was confusing at all!

Always buy the insurance change with no question ask, you explain what happen and noblore question is real, i buy my camera 90d canon is real good the insurance

I have owned many wireless noise, canceling headphones. I am a runner outdoors, and I was looking for something with high, volume and more base. I was very surprised with the base and the volume these headphones exceeded the volume that I was looking for an absolute love thr base. The one thing I can say that is not perfect is it doesn’t feel, snug around my ears, but with the volume so high, it’s unnoticeable. Happy with my purchase. 

JBL Is the best product. Love it so much, I bought new ones and gave this to my daughter. She uses them all the time.

I always buy the warranty along with the product. I've never once been hassled with a return even if the merchandise I purchased went up in price later they always made up the difference. I bought something on sale once. And even after it went off sale they still replaced it. All I had to pay for was the warranty again if I wanted to. If I didn't want the warranty I would get the product for free.

Well I bought some in December and unfortunately I had a problem with them that got wet and no longer charged but I went to the store and they exchanged them for new ones through the insurance and the product is very good I recommend them 100%

Depending on the warrenty of your product you need this protection, also helps lengthen the return date.

On any items you want to protect I feel this is worth it, I've only heard good things about best buy's protection plans so I decided to protect a device I cared about it was a no brainer.

Get the accidental Geek Squad Protection. Spend the extra money. I got this on my JBL headphones that I use for the gym. For some random reason, it just started to fall apart. I was able to replace them when I brought them back for the team to look at. I’ve been very happy with this service. I didn’t buy it with the last headphones, but it’s a great program and I now buy the added protection on most of my purchases.

Based on the product being purchased, how likely it is to break, and price of protection plan you have to decide for yourself whether it’s worth it or not. I usually find that it is. Very importantly it’s easy to use.

My lj tones died on me and i was at a loss of what i could replace them with. Bestbuy abused they no longer sell those types of head phones but i needed something that would allow me to listen to things at work while not having to sit directly in my ear. I was pointed to yews after having purchased some headphones that just didn't do it for me. I in fact Luke these alot.
