Must have for headphones. Love this plan soooo much I can't recommend it enough. As a runner I barely ever have a pair last 2 years. But if I do I do but when I don't 95% of the time. I just come to the store and swap them out.

I got the XM5 over the head headphones. I pretty much like all of it & the sound. The only thing is they will tend to wanna fall of with brisk movements/jolts.

I have had to use this twice for headphones and both times they replaced my headphones no questions asked

If it breaks, you cry... Warranties are there for a reason-peace of mind. Be grateful you can replace failing equipment under a warranty that can pay for itself if you have to make a claim.

Haven't used the Geek Squad as of yet but from what I can read from buying the warranty it sounds great to me

I've had to use the accidental coverage twice, and both times I was treated very well. The first time I cracked my screen and it was repaired and sent back in about 3 days. The second time I got a new phone for free because the power button wasn't working, but I think that was my fault! Easy return/ exchange process. If they don't have the item you may have to wait for it to be shipped, but besides that you can get a store credit too.
