You buy the new one/ They’ll send used

Just imagine somebody else put thus inside of the ears and return it. They ship the same product to you. It is disgusting, isn’t it? I was asking for exchange, they wouldn’t do it. I will return this.

GREAT! (When they work)

I had these for just long enough to be beyond the return period and they - randomly shut off (with and without a warning) -has issues connecting -takes longer to connect than last model -sometimes does not turn on -sometimes the touch functions do not work (no feedback)

I Lost the one that did work so now I’m stuck with an earbud that went bad after a few weeks from purchased date.
