The sound is clear and great bass comfortable in the ears

Ive had the headphones for 3 years Had to change the muffs in a year but everything thing else still nearly new and the battery on it lasts for ever! Good buy

I love the earbuds, very easy to use, and comfortable in my ears. I have smaller ears so all I had to adjust was the little rubber earpiece and I never have trouble with them falling out. I also have some piercings that I thought would get in the way but it's very minimal interference. If you are looking for a good alternative to airpods or google pixel buds, I'd say these are a great option personally.

JLab is a terrific company for several reasons, including their excellent price on warranties. The battery life can last as long as three days without charging the case. Considering the price of the device, the audio quality is acceptable. This offering is an excellent place to start for those moving to basic Bluetooth headphones.

I really enjoyed my trip to Best Buy. I found exactly what I needed; with the help of the workers there. I also really enjoy the product that I bought. The Galaxy Buds 3. They work really nicely.

This worked great for the majority of the year that I had this product, however, after multiple conference calls and phone calls, I started to notice at the quality of the right earpiece, started to drop, and started to become more distorted to the point where that right earpiece started blasting distortions in my ear for every call that also includes when I listen to music otherwise great product.

I'm not always a big fan of in store warranty plans. They've always seemed like the store is asking me to bet them that this item is going to break. But, certain items lend themselves to a warranty more than others. For me it is wearable items that are especially delicate. My Bluetooth earbuds take a lot of wear and they never survive 2 years. It isn't if they'll go bad but when. So, I've found Best Buy's protection to be superb. Highly recommended!

This is a great thing to have when you have a teenager that constantly fixes their stuff and accidentally steps on it. I’m glad I had this insurance.

Overall, Bose products are pretty good. They got kids sound quality. Though they are lacking in the uh connectivity, with issues around it.

I all ways get the 2 year protection on headphones for my kiddos headphones. They are very hard on the gaming headphones. You pay over $100 for gaming headphones and they brake. You take the broken headphone back to Best buy and they replace them , This is the best protection plan ever. Thank you Best buy for your 2 yr protection plans.

I was probably in shock, when the associate began the fulfillment process for the dammaged earbud that slipped; from listening position, out the drivers side window, and under the tire of my truck. She guided me through the process and ended up very satisfied. Thank you Best Buy Team, Bismarck!!
