So far im averaging just over a year with occasional use on earbuds, so the warranty has been worth it each time! This time they helped pay for my substantial upgrade from Sennheiser momentum 3s to momentum 4s.

My Bose ear buds are very much liked the sound and feeling it makes you feel wit music like your at the show highly recommend the battery last a while for consistency and the charge will ast about the whole week on an 7 hr shift but the earpods charge fast when put away

It is worth paying the protection because I have had multiple times where my headphones have been broken especially living with children.

I have never had a headset that did not develop issues over a 2 year period. I have always been able to get a headset replaced, or recover the purchase price using Geek squad protection within a couple years.

Had to use it once because one of my earbuds stopped working.. they quickly looked at it then told me to choose another pair out... very simple....

It has been great so far. I like how I have the option to turn off the noise-canceling option. They are also comfy to use. The only thing I'm eh about is that I cant workout with them since they are not water resistance and Im going to probably sweat if I work out.

It’s unfortunate that Best Buy Geek Squad can’t do actual repairs for headsets. I found this out when the leather cover chipped away. Geek squad can’t fix any headset problem, even if it’s purely aesthetic, BUT they honor the plan. I went in with my broken set and had a replacement pair in less than 15 minutes. I renewed my protection plan without a second hesitation.

Good headphones all buy stuff here never complain.

My oldest son loves these headphones – in fact, I almost never see them without them on his head! Bluetooth range is great as his battery life and he says the sun is about as good as you can get for the price.

Great pair of blue tooth head set. Good sound and quality good value.

I recommend this whenever you get any earphones if it's offered because we all know nothing lasts. Anyway, I would go through earphones due to it not being long enough because it would get yanked and ruin quicky. With the protection plan, you can easily get another one as long as you get this plan. It's better than paying full price again.

Sound is amazing and the noise cancellation is fabulous. They are waterproof and they stay in my ears when working out! Another excellent feature is they stay charged for a long time. This is my second pair of job as I’ve had in two years. and I still use the other ones as well. These was a nice upgrade.

I did get the geek squad protection and I always do because it not only is it affordable it is absolutely excellent if you have any questions you can call the geek squad if they need to come out they well they are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and then the state of what’s going on in the world they follow the Covid protocol very well as well as helps me with everything else.

Used on my Buds +, process was quick and easy. Well worth the money.

Love the sound, incredible. It does get your ears hot if you are outside for a long time but for inside is great.

I always get GSP on things like headphones and controllers. Something goes wrong? Just bring it up to the store and they will swap it out for another item. (Doesn't even have to be the same one!) You just have you repurchase GSP on the replacement product.

I was able to return faulty wireless earbuds I purchased more than 1 year and 10 months ago. The employee offered me either store credit or a replacement of the same earbuds (I chose the store credit). Very smooth and simple process.

I love the fact that i have geek squad protection. This is great...

I am pretty sure if I want the same product then this will work but not if I want to switch to a different product..
