I always get Geek Squad protection on anything I purchase from Best Buy. From my experience in the past, the Team is always helpful and pleasant while trying to fix or replace my product.

Got the protection plan. worked great, walked in to Best Buy because the frames broke on my Bose glasses and was able to return them. Sadly I wasnt able to get another pair because Best Buy does not sale the Bose glasses any more. But was able to get my money back.

This is a must have for wearable technology. Now I have confidence my devices are protected.

These headphones work great and the sound is wonderful! The battery life is also great. I also like the feel of the headphones on my head and ears. Very soft and not too heavy. They don't press on the ears like other headphones do.

Honestly, it’s worth the extra bit of money. You’re spending a lot already, what’s a little bit more to protect your purchase. Honestly really helps put me at ease while using my tech.

Took buds in that were eaten by my Rottys due to som leaving them laying on counter and cats knocking them fo floor.. Geeks traded them In no question! So awesome great protection cuz kids are kids! And pets are pets and geeks are AWESOME!

There’s almost never a reason to not get the protection plan. Stuff happens all the time in life and it doesn’t hurt to be prepared.

The protection saved us!! It’s totally worth the $50. Our first pair went through the washer and we were able to replace with new pair. Way cheaper than buying a full priced set.

I have purchased these plans before and they are worth the insurance. I purchased the warranty to protect my LG wireless headphones that I use for handsfree calls and music. In the past, I have pinched the earbud wire and I had to have it replaced. According to what I understand. this will cover that and anything else that might happen.

i just keep purchasing geek squad [protection for all my electronics it's well worth the price. have your unit exchanged on the spot if available for no charge. if your item is discontinued, they will swap it for a newer model. no hassles, no gimmicks.

the noise cancellation on these is phenomenal I can barely hear myself speak & they’re the only headphones that don’t give me migraines after long periods of use. Only con: If wearing on bus or train they’ll shake and it will mess with to the sound

Very easy to get defective items replaced. I don't normally do the warranty stuff but Best Buy did it right.

only downside is you can’t ping them if misplaced but the quality of the product and audio combine are so worth the purchase! the material is soft and smooth and doesn’t jab into your ear!

I had my galaxy watch refunded because I bought the extra protection. So I bought it again with the new electronics I bought with the refund.
