Great product to have . I have used it to return different ear buds over the last couple years. Never had an issue. They refund the full purchase price of you originally paid. I would normally use that to purchase a different or upgraded earbuds.

Got it on a sale so it was worth the money,sound has good quality comfortable at times but using for a while gets sweaty but over all good
