These earbuds are amazing from sound quality, the look and the ease of use. I highly recommend this product, especially if you go to the gym.

I bought this last year for my jabras and seemed like their was a issue with volume going down I returned them to best buy and got a new pair. I repurchased the warranty because it was easy to get a replacement without going through jabra.

I don't usually purchase these services, but I do when I buy Bluetooth earbuds. I work outside as much as I do inside and they take the extremes. It is nice to know I have the extra coverage if something happens to them.

I havent used it for the ear buds I purchased. But did use Geek squad on TV I purchased in the past. It was easy and my tv was replaced.

Must buy for electronics, especially if you're hard on them like I am. Ease of exchange and value is great.

My wife loves them. Only thing is the ear muffs wore out but that was almost a year and a half of everyday use.

Had charging issue with head set and was able to use warranty to replace with no issue. Cheap insurance for valuable electronics which can and do have issues

Can't beat the insurance for a product. I always buy the insurance from bestbuy. The are no questions asked when I need to return/replace or fix a product

Turn in your headphone before the PP expires. Its great because by the time your headphones battery life is degrading its time for an upgrade!

Our cats have a habit of chewing cords if they get into my daughter's room, so the replacement part of this is a big savings for us compared to buying a new set of headphones each it happens!
