Always recommend that you purchase the Best Buy Geek Squad plan as they have always stuck true to their word and anytime we have had issues they have either repaired or replaced the product.

There is nothing greater in my opinion than best buys accidental geek squad protection. I have it for my elite 2 xbox controller and it always seems to wear out so I get a new one with no hassle.

would recommend getting geek squad protection if you purchase wireless earbuds-all I have had to do when my earbuds stopped charging was to bring in old earbuds and they exchanged them for new pair
