For what you spend on a product like this why would you chance it for the 2 weeks they give to return or the manufacturer’s warranty? Simply bring them back and they take care of it.

I've used these before, and theyre great. Lost the case to them and had to reorder it, because the price to replace the case is insane. Recommend you buy a sticker tile if you get them and be a stickler about putting the buds back in the case.

Excellent service. It crashed my computer due to its connection and had to re install windows. Geek squawks very friendly and took a lot less time then I thought they would to fix the issue
