Always buy the Geek Squad warranty for my headphones, if something goes wrong with them I know that best buy has my back and will replace them for me with this Warranty. NEED TO BUY THIS!!!!

I always get the protection plans and it makes it so much easier when theres an issue i can just do my return at the closest store.

Excellent service. It crashed my computer due to its connection and had to re install windows. Geek squawks very friendly and took a lot less time then I thought they would to fix the issue

Best Buy's Geek Squad protection has always been reliable and provided support for the product. The only downside might be time at the counter or for repair.

The process is simple with Geek squad. I have purchased this program on several ear buds and it always been a great investment when I things happens.

Love the buds. They work good, love the locator feature. I dropped in my car, I would have never found it. I use them every day at work. They are wonderful and no one knows I have them in.

Geek Squad plans are always a good bet. If any issues with your product, Best Buy will replace or give you store credit for the original purchase price

For the most part I will purchase a protection plan on electronics because you never know if you are purchasing an electronic that has a defect. Better safe than sorry
