It’s a good product and it does have an amazing sound and great on privacy. But, the only thing is that I have a year with them and they don’t charge ok anymore.

Headphones never last more than 2 years makes sense to get it

Its better to be insured (geek squad) than to purchase the same equipment over and over again. It saves me lots of money for sure.

This is worth it for they will replace with accidental damage for my earbuds for 26 dollars for two year coverage

One of the best noise canceling headphones out in the market with decent transparency mode. The updated design over XM5 makes them easy to travel with. The 10 band EQ gives a lot of flexibility to adjust sound as you prefer. Ear cups are slightly on the shallower side. The clamping force is good, headband is wider to distribute pressure on top of the head. Updated power button makes it easier to find. 30 hour battery life is pretty good!

Great sound and price. The noise canceling is decent. I just wish these came with a case.

The service is pretty straightforward and highly informative.
