These headphones are awesome especially for older people, my ear canals are too small for earbuds, so I purchased this and my son liked them so much he decided to keep them. Just now purchased another one for myself. Hours of listening time while on the lawn mower in the summer and can hear all the music!

The precess to return my earbuds was easy and I got a BestBuy store credit without any issues. It's worth to buy the protection plan.

Usually I don’t opt for protection plans but I work in a shop and I’m accident prone, Bestbuys protection plan has a no questions asked policy and will swap out the product if it fails. pretty amazing customer service
