I bought these head phones last week and I have to say they are amazing. They have great sound quality, noise cancellation, and battery life. They are also very comfortable and stylish. I can listen to my favorite tunes for hours without any discomfort or distraction. They are definitely worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone who loves music. These head phones are good, very good, super good, mega good, ultra good. Did I mention they are good?

Love them all day! This is the 2nd gen and second pair I’ve had. I won’t even worry about trying other brands to see if they are any better because these are perfect for me. Sound quality, design, and function are all top shelf. Have not had any issues and the buds have held up through daily usage. Would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a quality wireless headphone.

Don't wait, just get it. Modern-day electronics seem to break, glitch or malfunction just by looking at the darn things. Just buy the warranty (2yrs or more) for a piece of mind. Because it's not a case of IF it will break, IT WILL. I have used this service for years now without issue. But if you're purchasing a laptop, NEVER get the one year, always buy at least 2 or more. Things usually self-destruct (why?) just shy of a year.

A little bit too expensive if you are getting quality headphones but worth it if you worry a lot.

I came in with a issue with a router they said looked at it for 10 minutes and after it was determined to not be fixable I got a credit and picked out my new router.

NO ONE beats Best Buy and their Protection with devices. Considering the cost and product value - just simply can't be beat. Many of us have experienced the "other" extended warranty that cost more than this yet personally have never benefited from purchasing. Not to mention you don't have to trouble with shipping it out for (lol) repair/replacement. These last 2 issues I've felt too often now with Walmart/Staples and Officemax. The stores are not at fault it's the extended warranty that is (recently relabeled Allstate and useless). Only other store with "In Store" replacement was Radio Shack (missing them). NO ONE BEATS BEST BUY IN STORE REPAIR/REPLACE!

I always make sure that I grab the 2 year Geek Squad protection plan.

I love the new design; I can use them for hours without any pressure points. Noise canceling is great, and the multi-device pairing allows me to use them with multiple devices.

While I haven't had to use my protection on my most recent purchases, I have had instances where my headphones were destroyed due to defects, and they let me come in and trade them out for the exact same pair, and offered me a gift card as a result of spending the money on this. If you can afford it, and especially if you're clumsy or prone to overuse products, this is worth it, the peace of mind alone makes it much easier to use my things.

Great protection plan I had old Sonys that broke down and I used the insurance to get all my money back and I purchased the new ones .

I had been searching for a Bluetooth to use at work that would stay where I put it (not fall out of my ear) and would allow me to hear the environnent around me. The OpenRun by Shokz bone conduction Bluetooth did both and was comfortable to wear as well! Two family members (who I was visiting in Texas when I made the purchase) recommended the OpenRun and i do too!

Whenever I have an issue they replace the headphones free so its awesome.
