Excellent protection coverage! Would highly recommend.

They work great, the sound quality us giid and theres almost no sound leaks. The battery life lasts about 3 hours.

I came in with a issue with a router they said looked at it for 10 minutes and after it was determined to not be fixable I got a credit and picked out my new router.

Always get the warrantee. I'm not sure why I go through head phones so quickly, but I do.

I love the new design; I can use them for hours without any pressure points. Noise canceling is great, and the multi-device pairing allows me to use them with multiple devices.

The protection is such a great investment as it offers complete protection for a fraction of the cost.

Totally worth the protection since they get thrown around in my bed and in my backpack, etc. so it is nice to have insurance incase something bad happens

I've not needed to use my protection plan fortunately, But I enjoy the peace of mind that comes with best buys coverage. Because i purchase the extra warranty on most of my purchases, and have seen first hand that they will cover my items no questions asked.

Although it's hard to give up an extra $50 for a protection plan, just remember, ear buds wear or overtime. Especially if you exercise with them along with daily activities. If your equipment doesn't remain in top top condition, return them if you just can't live with them anymore.

The Geek squad protection is a must have, I don’t purchase anything without it

I always purchase Geek Squad protection for my BestBuy purchases because it brings me peace of mind. I never have an issue returning products and getting repairs as needed.

Great protection plan I had old Sonys that broke down and I used the insurance to get all my money back and I purchased the new ones .

Always a fine choice to get if you’re unsure of a product or model and it’s warranty in the box to have a backup protection plan if something should go wrong

I literally drove from Utah to Wisconsin on a single charge I don't think it's quite 60 hours but I was also listening at around 70%. The touch controls on the side are by far my favorite compared from Jabra and Sony. These are the only headphones aside from the Jabra Elite 85H that doesn't hurt the top of my head ( I shave my head and the hair stubble bothers me) if you have extra large ears that your cups might be too small for you. But if you don't these are the softest of most comfortable headphones that I've ever worn, but they are a little heavier than the Sennheiser moment of 3. Also the bass is not strong at all

The protection is uphelp everytime i have used them so far. I do not have any doubt there will be a resolution to my situation
