Ive had the headphones for 3 years Had to change the muffs in a year but everything thing else still nearly new and the battery on it lasts for ever! Good buy

I hope to not use it but have had this in the past and really easy to use.

I got my protection plan, to ensure that I am able to have my products protected and get the right level of support. I have leveraged Geek Squad (GS) on numerous occasions and this has been a great addition to having my products and knowing I can count on GS to always be there. Their customer service is great and using them is seamless when associated to my account.

This is a great thing to have when you have a teenager that constantly fixes their stuff and accidentally steps on it. I’m glad I had this insurance.

I will never not get a warranty because my kids tend to break their electronics and when it did happen I brought back to Bestbuy and they replaced while we were in the store! Excellent customer interaction! Very pleased!

Had to use the warranty on a set of headphones. Was really easy process, no hassle at all.

I had a couple of the original crushers. Then I was finally able to get the Crusher ANC 2 headphones. The construction of the headphones is superb. I took my 1st 18hr flight to Asia. The noise cancellation worked like a charm.

I love the peace of mind i get with best buy protection plans. I use items like bluetooth headsets all day and i get all i can from the life of each headset i use. The protection plan isnt just another plan that you get but never use. Best buy makes exchanges up to 2 years with no questions asked when its time to exchange your purchase

I like these kinds of coverages because it really helps to get your electronics fixed or replaced.

Would not recommend for any landscaping use!!! But shop and workout they are great

If the product is important to you get the warranty, you wont regret it, my JBL headphones broke after a year and a half and they exanged for new ones, after 2 years my Skullcandy Crushers stopped working a week before the 2 years and I got the money back, and Best Buy verified that it wasn't working, I was not just returning for nothing, IS TOTTALY WORTH IT.

I do not care what people say this service is well worth it. to many times in the past has something broke right after the manufacturers warranty

I always get geek squad when it's available for me to purchase. accidents happen, when they do you are able to get a new product of equal or lesser value or more you just pay the difference. It doesn't work on apple products though you have to purchase apple care if you want coverage.

I live these earbuds! They are very clear without interference and comfortable to wear.

I love knowing my products are protected wherever I go.

These work amazing and love the options I have to alter the volume and if I want to block out sound from the area I just tap the right ear bud.
