VERY GOOD BUT I DIDNT HAVE YO USE IT FOR MY OTHER THINGS

I always get GSP on things like headphones and controllers. Something goes wrong? Just bring it up to the store and they will swap it out for another item. (Doesn't even have to be the same one!) You just have you repurchase GSP on the replacement product.

Hoping not to have to use this, but it's the price paid when gifting expensive electronics to teen. Disappointed by a previous claim for broken hinge repair cost.

Easy to use, quickly handed issue of headphones not working and gave gift card to pick new pair/brand.

For the price these are amazing. The outside sound toggle is super handy and the talk thru does let you listen to music quietly while still to hear people around you. Overall sound is pretty good. Not the best bass but again for the price I am super happy with them

Got the protection plan. worked great, walked in to Best Buy because the frames broke on my Bose glasses and was able to return them. Sadly I wasnt able to get another pair because Best Buy does not sale the Bose glasses any more. But was able to get my money back.

Great sound, very comfortable and they fit not too tight and not too loose. Will buy again if I loose this set. (Someone walks off with them when I' not wearing.

The sound is excellent. One of the things i like is that i can connect two devices at the same time.

I did get the geek squad protection and I always do because it not only is it affordable it is absolutely excellent if you have any questions you can call the geek squad if they need to come out they well they are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and then the state of what’s going on in the world they follow the Covid protocol very well as well as helps me with everything else.

Best headphones. Bought a pair for my daughter. Son kept talking about them. Thinking of getting him a pair for Christmas. Better than the Apple and Bose in my opinion. Price is just right. Comes in different color schemes now.

This review is for the pixel earbuds. A I really have only tested them out. I believe they sound pretty good. Wish they get a little bit louder but that might be the phone I don't know anyway. I really haven't used them but once or twice and that's only for a short period. I went ahead and put on the big headphones and what can you say they work?

Warranty is great no hassle to replace the items. I have used the warranty before and it’s always easy get my replacement item go to the counter and just do the process and no issues.

Wonderful ear phones. Prevents exterior sound transmission at lease 90% or greater. They are comfortable to wear. Sound quality is excellent. The batteries last a long time.
