I really appreciate that Best Buy offers the Protection on all their items. There is always a chance that something can happen and we don't have to worry since we are covered with the Accidental protection.

I get the 2 year plan along with every purchase of new earbuds and I've never been disappointed with the service. You can get your item replaced for free, or if its unavailable, you receive the original purchase amount on a Best Buy gift card so you can choose a new item. Well worth the price!

What of the best earphones I’ve ever owned. I always struggle with earphones staying in my ear but then never fall off. And the sound is perfect. Only problem I have with them is that sometimes I do have random problems connecting them randomly they will just not connect for a good 10 minutes but other than that they’re great.

Love the warranty so if something goes wrong can go in and get geek squad help..

I bought this pair of headphones for my nine year old granddaughter. Both she and I are ver pleased with it. I can watch television without hearing her tablet.

It is a benefit since, Best Buy covers all of the damages and may replaced your item for a new one or a different product. Not all of the products are available like Apple items. Finally, there is a misconception that TV’s are fully covered which is not true! Do not ad insurance to your TV unless Best Buy’s techs are installing your TV.

3rd set of samsung ear buds love the fact that they control my s22 . Started with the first set ever made with the s9 so we come along ways! Always a good choice with the samsung listening devices!

Geek squad protection is always 5 star i usually never have trouble returning or exchanging and everything is done fast and easy. I like it because if something were to break or just not work i can easily contact and they either fix it or exchange it.

I bought a 2 year protection plan for a pair of Bose Sport Earbuds and had to use said protection plan just six.onths into the plan. Then come to find out that Best Buy no longer carries that particular style of earbuds , so i was forced to upgrade at an additional cost. Then i had to pay for a protection plan again even though i still had a year and a half tofo on the current plan. Someone explain why they didnt just continue my previous plan since the upgrade was just to replace an item that was no longer carried. It doesnt feel right at all. Its mot my fault that they warrantied something that they could no longer warranty. I feel taken advantage of by BEST BUY. WOULDNT YOU?

JBL have excellent sound and battery life... for me they are the best, I recommend them
