Beta thing to buy from Best Buy is geek squad . Do it buy anything with out thsi it gives you security to change or repairs for at least 2 years

Of all the protection plans I’ve had. This one from Best Buy is consistently the best. I’ve had earbuds fail on me at 12 and 18 months and exchanging them for a new product is so easy everytime. World Class electronic protection plan!

I was looking for a good headphone set for casual and travel use and this did not disappoint. Paired easily to Apple products and my Nintendo Switch. Has definitely been the best to help through flights with the noise cancellation.

I buy the protection plan for nearly every product I buy. I have had to use them 3 times now. It’s so easy to use. Best Buy really treats its customers right.

Most people are hesitant to get the coverage. But BB is so good about taking care of you for having it. I am adamant about NEVER getting any electronics from places like Walmart, because they are notorious for having refurbished items and selling it as new. ALWAYS get the Geek Squad coverage because it comes in SUPER HANDY.

Tried them out as they were recommended to me by a couple of friends, and i actually quite like them. Great sound quality and the noise cancelation is quite good as well. I like the convenience of the touch controls on both sides as well as being able to control the volume by sliding up or down on the earbuds. Overall a great set of earbuds

Great headphones. The sound quality is superb. And Best Buy support is A1. They will fix them so quick, or replace them if you have the warranty.

if you have longer hair and if its wet the ear muff will come up

Always get a protection plan when purchasing expensive technology that you cannot repair yourself and the money saved if problems arise is five times what the protection plan costs, although i don't anticipate having any trouble with these ear buds.

Protection plan is an absolute must! I've never had an issue returning anything with the plan. Extremely easy process. I can't recommend it enough.

Purchased Skullcandy earbuds for my 13-year-old son within six months one of the earbuds was not working. Took earbuds to Best Buy explained situation to customer service rep, Within minutes they had replaced my sons earbuds with a new pair. A Warranty that finally works.

I haven't needed to use it yet but a good value for the purpose. Planning to take in for a repair in next day or two, so will update then if the rating need to change. But for now very happy with it!

I would buy the protection for 2 years again. I'm very clumsy and don't want to break them accidentally, as well as break my wallet. Only want ONE accident.
