The warranty on the headphones is such a life saver.

Great sound, great fit. Touch Controls can bumped easily but that'll get fixed after getting used to them. Connectivity to a pixel devices is awesome. Only downside is they have almost a robotic sound every now and then when connected to a laptop on a virtual call. Sounds like it's a pretty common issue

The comfort level is good. The sound quality is average.

I love my ear phones. I’m normally an over the ear head phone type but these are comfortable and do not hurt my sensitive inner ear. They stay in during all my training and sound great. Sound quality is clear and the bass is nice. I can have them in my ear with my hair down when charting and patients never know.

Excellent insurance plan. You never know what might happen. Good to have a easy back up plan to replace my purchase if anything happens.

I need to invest in getting all my electronics covered but that is a bit expensive and I am on a budget. this two year protection gets the job done and I feel secure in the knowledge I am covered by BestBuy

Would always recommend getting the 2 year warranty, you never know when your device is defective and this protection gives you an ease of mind knowing you can go back to the BestBuy store and exchange or replace your device

I have had mutiple purchases from best buy and on all electronics i get the warranty, as you know thongs are made to break these days and when they do best buy has always had my back! 5 stars

I have the geek squad protection plan on most of my products. Easy to use, Best Buy will damage replaced or let you choose a new product for your damage item. What sucks is that you have to pay for a new geek squad protection plan every time you need to replace your item. The second reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some products such as TVs have the geek squad protection but Best Buy will not honor the plan unless the TV was installed by a Best Buy employee!

Love these headphone there worth the money I like how you can control the bass on the side of the headphones & you fr can’t hear anything else they zone you out better then the apple ones

I bought my daughter a set of earbuds and within a month the dog had gotten to them. She was crushed but I purchased the two year accidental protection. I took them to Best Buy and without any hassle they exchanged them for me, right there in store, and didn't cost me anything. Great option, especially if you have children!

Absolutely worth every penny. If you have any doubts about this being a waste of money, just ask a representative explain the benefits to you. You will not regret. I had to use it once on previous earbuds. It pays for itself and then some.
