When a pair of Bose audio frames died just a week before the coverage was set to expire, Best Buy easily and painlessly replaced the frames with a gift card for my purchase amount.

They honor their warranty and even have honored on something that went out a few weeks past its expired warranty date! Best buy really says it all in the name itself #YouGetWhatYouPayFor #QualityOverQuanity

Expensive ear buds and they had a problem, no questions other than what was wrong then bought a second warranty for the new ear buds.
