Bring your product in, they'll fix it if they can. Can't get out to them, give em a call, they'll walk you through a diagnosis and more than likely, fix your issue over the phone

Best Buy warranties are always rock solid and a good value. They stand behind their warranties and I've never had an issue when I've needed to use them...

There are just certain items I seem to be harder on than others and this support covers me - no questions asked for a replacement-

Best buy has one of the best warrantys around i am able to returns items that do not work or i just dont like, with out running through hoops and having to do 10 plus steps for returns or exchanges.

It gives me peace of mind. I had used it for a different product and itneas changed right away. I had option to upgrade and pay the difference.

I ALWAYS purchase the accidental warranty for items I use everyday. I am able to bring my device in (bluetooth issues, charing, cosmetic, just not working anymore) to Best Buy and walk out with the same device OR given a gift card to get a comparable or more expensive device. These are well worth it!

Comfortable, premium sound, nice features, stylish. They hit on all cylinders. Worth the full price, but definitely wait in until they're on sale.

Unlike all other warranties the ones from best buy actually stick to their words. I've had to return items in the past and they never make it an issue to replace or exchange item.

The headphones fit nice and wont fall out. Ive used them to workout and at work on a construction site. Noise cancellation works great especially indoors.

These have been great. The fit is comfortable and the noise canceling works really well for in ear buds. Strong connection even when I'm outside and my phone is in the house.

I purchased this warranty for a previous headphone. I was fortunate to have done so, because I broke my last headphones when I had to put it in my pockets. I ended up getting a replacement instead of having to spend over $150 for a new one.

I always get the protection plan even if I don’t need it because there are days you will need it and don’t have it. For me a necessary for some not so much.
