I recommend that everyone get this protection. Even your item may come with a limited warranty this is better. I've had my headphones broke and BestBuy replace them on the dime. The ones I had to replaces was on sale at the time and they give me the different and pay back.

Such an excellent service to get. Have always gotten this on my headphones because I use them daily and they end up breaking a year in.

I've yet to actually use the protection yet as the product actually seems very durable.

I typically buy insurance on headphones because they never seem to go a couple of years without some sort of issue. Best buys geek squad protection is great. Super easy to get the product replaced or fixed.

worth purchasing for ear buds. mine never last a full 2 years with heavy use and its nice knowing i can get new ones when mine break.

does what it does and best buy replaced a defunct product when it went bad like the description describe. I usually don't purchase things without it now. the more expensive items will require the item to be shipped in and/or worked on by geek squad instead of a replacement on the spot

Overall these are good quality headphones. I would recommend them for purchase!

I bought this product for my Mom who unfortunately is loosing hearing ability. SHE LOVES IT. She carries it on all the time, the only issue is she doesn't listen to us anymore...hahaha.

The comfort level is good. The sound quality is average.

I have an autistic son whose comfort is music. He loves these as no noise from outside can be heard. Protection plan always covers any damage.

Love this protection! I always drop my earpods and end up damaging them. I get a chance to change them again with this.

Last month I purchased it last month I I just connected a fire stick to my TV, but I haven’t got a chance to try the product but everything looked fine so hopefully I won’t have to use their insurance

Lives up to the Bose name. I like the idea that I can listen to the tv on a volume that is comfortable to me without disturbing anyone else watching tv with me.

Geek squad fixed my broken headphone with no problems at all!!

Headphones work great and noise blocking is extraordinary. I use them for the gym and it helps me stay focus while I listen to my favorite music/podcast.

It's OK but needs help staying in your ear yes I would get it it works good and that's all I can say about this ear piece I got the two years accident protection I would recommend it to get it as well

Great service to have in case something happens. Daughter had an ear bud completely die, took the headphones in and quickly got a replacement.
