I always, always, always get geek squad on my tech items. They are always so nice and can fix anything. if they can't they replace the item.

My previous ear buds only lasted a year and a half before one of them stopped working.. I did return my new set because I am waiting for Black Friday Sale.. I will purchase the 2 year policy again..

does what it does and best buy replaced a defunct product when it went bad like the description describe. I usually don't purchase things without it now. the more expensive items will require the item to be shipped in and/or worked on by geek squad instead of a replacement on the spot

These headphones started to break within two years. Although I really enjoyed them, I just wish they were a little more comfortable over the ears.over the ears.

Works great & easy to set up. Very convenient! Also, comfortable to wear.

Opted for the Accidental Protection even though they were inexpensive headphones because I know the my daughter always breaks her stuff. Hopefully it won't be a hassle to get them replaced.

Having geek squad is a HUGE life saver! When my daughter broke her headphones they were able to help with little cost to me!

Its really good and easy to access for replacements, or full brand new items when requesting.
