I had an old pair of earbuds that I purchased the warranty on. One of the earbuds was dropped and stepped on as I was in a crowd. It was damaged. I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced the earbuds no questions asked. I also bought the warranty on my new earbuds.

My Sony earbuds, sound was pretty nice, but I dropped them one day. And came for a replacement, the geek squad protection allowed me to get headphones instead.

Bought this for the first time with my galaxy buds pro. The way the gentleman and best buy explained the protection, I would have to be off my rocker to not make the investment. Have not had to use the policy as of yet, but the peace of mind is worth the few extra bucks.

The accidental geek squad protection has came in clutch to save me with damaged headphones or failing headphones. My receipt is on file/record and i just had to bring the headphones and charger. Very simple exchange for new ones. Saves you money rather than buying whole new ones

I haven't had to use the warranty claim or geeksquad protection but it's worth it if the product is expensive.

If you own or use Apple products, that would be reason one to get these headphones. They connect and switch between devices seemlessly. Reason two, sound quality. Music and zoom calls sounds amazing.

The Overall usage is on par im an earbud snob so id like to use one earbud at a time,and you cant with these earbuds, but overall great quality earbuds

Anyone that does blue collar work is probably rough on their things with being exposed to the elements, dirt, grime, Yuma heat, etc. This is a must.

I have used in the past geek squad protection and I believe this is must to buy after every purchase, I get it you don't want to pay extra, but in my case if something breaks you'll be really glad to have purchased the protection plan, so don't hesitate and better go and get it!

I haven't had to invoke this service for the item that I bought it for so far, but I have done it in the past and it has been a good experience. I normally skip the warranty, but on things like controllers that can get dropped, I like the extra protection.
