Best protection plan! No hassle or crazy loops to jump through when using the plan as Best Buy will do everything to fix or correct the item the first time whenever I've had to use it.

Got these for my kid. She is on the autism spectrum and headphones that are noise reducing really help her out. The sound quality is great and although she doesn't use the bluetooth, she loves the headphones and the additional warranty is great!

I have smaller ears, so finding a good fit is hard. These are perfect. And they sound awesome! I wear them for hours at a time, can even lay on my side and they’re comfortable in my ear.

JBL 235 ear buds are great i had an issue with one not holding a charge took it because i had a warranty and it was easy to get help.

Accidental Geek Squad protection is an absolute necessary. I have been trying out these headphones, and they just aren't comfortable. With this, I will be able to trade them out and get a new pair with just paying the difference.

Great sound quality, amazing noise cancellation. The only thing this product can improve on is their app, it has gotten better over time but not the most reliable. Overall satisfied with my purchase

All I can say is wow I absolutely love these headphones. I had the bose prior and the sound quality sound crisper than the Bose. Aesthetically pleasing beige color

Have not had any issues, the sound and durability is great. Easy to pair with other devices and the battery life is awesone for such small devices.

Must have for headphones! As long as they weren’t intentionally abused, you get same day replacement or gift card.

Unfortunately my headphones broke after the two years. But I still felt great knowing I was covered. It’s always great to have a back up plan
