Well worth it getting the accident protection as one of my Jabra earbuds went bad. Went to Best Buy they replaced it with ease & also since the price went down, they gave me a Best Buy gift card for the difference. Awesome service.

Great product to have . I have used it to return different ear buds over the last couple years. Never had an issue. They refund the full purchase price of you originally paid. I would normally use that to purchase a different or upgraded earbuds.

All i can say is thay this earphone exceed its expectations for a cheaper price compare to beats or any other known brand. Its an amazing quality and will def stick to this brand.
