Took this to Best Buy, they tested and were able to replace my product.

Has proven to be a lifesaver and it makes me less nervous to try out headphones on the pricier end.

Functionality good….connecting IT IS POOR because it takes a few attempts to finally get connected…. And charging its POOR tried different charging systems too didn’t change NO CHARGE well on to try a different brand. Hope this review helps someone…Anyone

They will take the product back for any kind of malfunction or if you happen to accidentally break it. I have never had a problem getting a replacement.

Coverage is transferable too - handy! Never disappointed.

They have the best protection plan I have ever seen. It is super streamline and pain-free. They help you out with whatever is wrong with your device and replace it if necessary.
