    I love that I can have this protection since I have had bad experiences with headphones before. Has proven to be a lifesaver and it makes me less nervous to try out headphones on the pricier end.

    Purchased for a 10 year old, she loves them. They are easy to use and connect. Perfect sound quality. Wish they had different colors. She wanted pink or purple. The price was just right, well worth the money.

    Got these ear phones a few weeks ago. So far they are working great. Bluetooth reach is medium but with this price range is good. Got the 2 year extended warranty. Solid so far.

    The protection plan best buy offers is a must! They will take the product back for any kind of malfunction or if you happen to accidentally break it. I have never had a problem getting a replacement.

    Bought it, didn’t think I’d need it, but did and was glad I spent the money for it! Saved me $150 for new ear buds when they stopped working! Best Buy staff is great!

    Good headphone especially for the price. Noise cancelling pretty good the only thing I’d say is that sometimes my ears felt a little hot.
