Love having a warranty from Greek squad never had an issue where I could get something replaced or either store credit

I bought these for my son and he really loves them. he says the sound good.

If you break your electronics or don’t have the best luck with them, you should buy the insurance plan protection, is worth it!

Always buy the Geek Squad warranty for my headphones, if something goes wrong with them I know that best buy has my back and will replace them for me with this Warranty. NEED TO BUY THIS!!!!

For what you spend on a product like this why would you chance it for the 2 weeks they give to return or the manufacturer’s warranty? Simply bring them back and they take care of it.

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

I purchased this for my sony earphones the replacement is instantly, the only thing I dont like it is I only can use it 1 time after that I have to buy the protection again

Always best to get a geek squad package. I know now that if these break (they haven’t) that the geek squad will be able to help me.

Good sound. But the shorter (than previous models) case is pretty close to an epic fail. The shorter height makes it harder to grip and open in low moisture environments, especially if your hands are cold and dry. I appreciate the desire to make the case take up less space but by shortening it, Jabra made the case harder to use, That is why I gave the case a zero.

I've used these before, and theyre great. Lost the case to them and had to reorder it, because the price to replace the case is insane. Recommend you buy a sticker tile if you get them and be a stickler about putting the buds back in the case.

Works great! Love, love, LOVE THEM! Had to buy 2 pairs. Works independent of each other so i can leave 1 charging or i can flip flop. Only works for music, controls are ear dependent (if that makes sense)
